Warranty

We are confident of our quality and offer the following warranty:

CONDITIONS OF 30 DAYS WARRANTY

If your product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair such defect without charge for materials or labor. DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. MANISHADIAMOND is not liable for lost or cracked stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, MANISHADIAMOND may reset the stone at no extra labor cost.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to improper care of products.

Keep safely proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service.

Notify us of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery within 10 days of receipt .
DO NOT ship your products without prior authorization. No 'to collect'shipments will be accepted.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Defects that are the result of improper care, maintenance or repair.
• Failures that result from abnormal strain, neglect, modification or accidental damage.
• Products purchased from resellers not authorized by MANISHADIAMOND to sell our products.
• Products no longer owned by the original purchaser.
  

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Before returning a product, clients are required to contact MANISHADIAMOND in order to establish return modalities.
